Quirks
It's reasonable to expect quirks and surprises on any car driven for more than 3 decades (143k+ Miles!), and these include:
Must be first started in Neutral and later Parked with eBrake deployed,
Switch to automatically activate door convenience lights isn't engaging them (but of course they work with manual override),
Windshield has a single small chip in the corner glass
,
Horn doesn't honk,
A/C is weak (
R134 converted circa 2008
),
Dash is cracked and some side panel leather is warped,
Door pocket-change coin-holder is missing 1 spring,
Power side-mirror adjustment-joystick is missing,
No belly pan or rear fuel filter cover,
Most factory tools are missing from the rear in-cockpit Porsche toolkit,
Antilock light illuminates on dash after driving forward (
typically means a new wheel speed sensor is needed
),
Floor mats need to be replaced,
No spare tire, and
No front under-bumper lip spoiler.
