    Description

    Brass attached to a black ribbon. Estimated to be circa early 1900's. Elks Convention. Among a collection. Very good condition with ordinary oxidation and wear of what appears to be a gold plated brass. Ribbon merely needs to be ironed totally flat to prevent the ends from turning up. The ribbon section slides which may or may not mean a piece has broken off. I have not been able to research out another like it to make that determination.
