    Description

    High pressure Oxygen tank to tank fittings for filling small oxygen tanks from a larger tank. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Use simple Teflon tape to attach the high pressure coupling to the inlet nipples as in the picture above. CGA 540 nut to CGA 540 nut fits most oxygen tanks.
    Coupler is a high pressure hydraulic fitting, 1/4 x 1/4 inch Female NPT. Burst rating is 20,000 PSI.
    When filling smaller tanks from a larger tank, fill very slowly to prevent over heating of the small tank. Oxygen is under extreme pressure. An 18 inch empty oxygen tank should take about 10 minutes to refill or longer. Do not allow it to fill faster. Be sure to also support the smaller tank by resting it on a table, etc. Do not use the fittings to hold up the tank.
